BREMERTON, Wash. — A Silver Alert has been issued by the Washington State Patrol on behalf of the Bremerton Police Department.
Linda Evans, 79, was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 25, leaving her residence off Russell Road in Bremerton with 48-year-old Donovan Foshay.
The direction of travel is unknown. Authorities say Evans, who has symptoms of dementia, cannot return on her own. Both Evans and Foshay lived in the same apartment complex and were seen leaving together on Thursday morning with two suitcases…
