SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. – A hearing is scheduled for October 27 for Zhaohui Du Quin, owner of two massage businesses in Hoover, Ala., following an investigation into alleged illegal activities.
Quin was arrested after police executed search warrants at Lily Massage on Meadow Lake Drive and Angel Spa on Montgomery Highway. She posted bond on September 24 and was released.
The investigation began months ago after police received tips from local sources. According to a complaint, undercover officers visited Lily Massage on two occasions, in April and August 2025, where Quin allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct.
