DETROIT (WWJ) — Detroit Police have arrested two people connected to a deadly hit-and-run on the city’s east side.
Police said the crash happened just before 6 p.m. Thursday, along Schoenherr Rd. at and 8 Mile Rd., near the Detroit/Warren border.
