Woman found guilty of negligent homicide in 2021 Mobile crash that killed tow truck driver

MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — A Mobile County jury has found Elizabeth Sprinkle guilty of Criminally Negligent Homicide, District Attorney Keith Blackwood announced today.

On the morning of December 13, 2021, tow truck driver Jonathan Neesmith was removing a disabled vehicle from Interstate 65 when Elizabeth Sprinkle failed to slow down, changed lanes, and struck Neesmith, killing him.
