Murder Suspect Taken Back Into Custody in Lane County, Oregon

MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OR (September 25th, 2025) – Today, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), with the assistance of the United States Marshals (USMS) Fugitive Task Force, arrested 26-year-old Ty Sage.

“Ty Sage should never have been able to post bail,” said Sheriff Nicole Morrisey O’Donnell (left). “To the family of Lowgunn Ivey, the young man killed, I want to acknowledge the fear and trauma that this mistaken release has caused.”
