Services scheduled for Josh Soden, man allegedly run over by drunk driver

Ballston Spa, NY (WRGB) — Two days after charges were upgraded for a woman accused of backing over and pinning Josh Soden with her car while drunk, the 30-year-old’s family and friends are preparing to honor his life.

Soden died this week after being taken off of life support; the September 8 incident outside Bentley’s Tavern in Malta put him in a coma.

The driver, 33-year-old Morgan Lange, was initially charged with felony vehicular assault. After Soden’s death, those charges were upgraded Wednesday to vehicular manslaughter. We’re told employees were at Bentley’s for a birthday party the night of the incident. Court records show Lange had a blood-alcohol content of 0.12%…
