Scotia chase up to 110 miles per hour ends with dramatic finish

SCOTIA, N.Y. (WNYT) — A high-speed chase in Scotia ended dramatically.

Dominic Poggoli, 26, was going 110 miles per hour on Cuthbert Street just before 5 a.m. Friday, police said. The speed limit is 30 miles per hour, police said.
