BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A local family is mourning the loss of Sandra Tillman, a retired NYPD detective who died in a house explosion in Moncks Corner on Thursday morning.
The explosion also left her cousin Deborah Nelson seriously injured but in stable condition.
