TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A major crash is holding up traffic on the northbound Howard Frankland Bridge, according to data from the Florida Department of Transportation.
It was first reported at around 11 a.m. on Saturday, near mile marker 37 on I-275. The only information provided was that it was a “major” crash.
