COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A second person has been charged in the death of a 9-month-old baby boy who died after injuries allegedly caused by his mother.
Anfernee Barthel, the boyfriend of Billie Jo Tustin, is now facing charges in connection with the death of a 9-month-old boy. Barthel has been charged with endangering children and involuntary manslaughter.
