A late-night crash closed a stretch of Highway 24-27 near Cranes Creek Road after two cars collided head-on Saturday near Cameron.
The wreck happened around 11:50 p.m. and involved a Toyota Solara and a Honda Civic, according to officials. Highway 24-27 was shut down in both directions between Cranes Creek Road and Bryant Road while crews worked the scene.
One person from the Toyota was taken to the hospital with what officials believe are non-life-threatening injuries. Several people from the Honda, including a pregnant woman, were rushed by ambulance to the hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released…
