The Blue Angels Return for the Florida International Air Show in Punta Gorda

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. – The skies over Southwest Florida will roar to life November 1–2 as the Florida International Air Show makes its return to Punta Gorda Airport after a one-year hiatus. Headlining the two-day event are two elite jet teams: the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the U.S. Air Force F-16 Viper Demo Team.

This year marks the Blue Angels’ first Punta Gorda appearance since 2012. The team of 140 Sailors and Marines is celebrated worldwide for precision formation flying and representing the excellence of American naval aviation.
