GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A woman in Alachua County faces child neglect charges after she was taken into custody following an investigation.
Authorities say 39-year-old Elizabeth Justiss made no effort to visit or contact a child who was admitted to an intensive care unit last month with serious health issues, including drug withdrawal symptoms.
They said they were unable to contact Justiss, who also had an active warrant out for drug possession…
