MEMPHIS, Tenn. — When you walk into a hospital, the first thing people typically recognize are the doctors, the nurses, the front desk staff, and the security.
However, St. Francis Hospital on Park Avenue decided to recognize another group of people you may not see, but whose work keeps the hospital running.
