The Town of Palm Beach advises residents and motorists of potential traffic impacts during scheduled work from September 29 to October 5, 2025. Please follow signage and directions, proceed cautiously, and allow extra travel time in the below-mentioned areas. Monday, September 29 through Friday, October 3
- Heading north, Cocoanut Row from Peruvian Avenue will implement a detour to accommodate the rolling closure.
- Starting Monday, September 29, Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach will be closed at Currie Park. This closure is expected through October 15, 2025.
Monday, September 29
- North Lake Way between Bahama Lane and El Dorado Lane will be closed.
- South Ocean Boulevard will be reduced to a single lane in front of 1247 South Ocean Boulevard for repaving.
- South County will be temporarily reduced to a single lane south of Banyan Road at 720 South Ocean Boulevard.
Tuesday, September 30
- Beginning Tuesday through Friday, North Lake Way will be closed in sections from Country Club Lane through Miraflores Drive. Access to residents’ homes will be maintained. Drivers are advised to use North County Road at this time.
- North Lake Way will be reduced to a single lane south of Via Marila in the morning.
- North Lake Way will be reduced to a single lane south of Kenlyn Road at 1265 North Lake Drive.
Wednesday, October 1
- North Ocean Drive will be reduced to a single lane between Tradewind Drive and Sandpiper Drive at 947 North Ocean Boulevard.
Thursday, October 2
- North Lake Way will be reduced to a single lane between Jamaica Lane and Tradewind Drive for a concrete pour at 936 North Lake Way.
