A toll plaza in suburban Chicago was shut down Saturday afternoon after a fiery fatal crash on I-90, authorities said.
Around 3:18 p.m. Saturday, the driver of an SUV driving eastbound on I-90 near IL Route 31 in suburban Elgin crossed onto the shoulder of the highway and struck a parked tractor semi-trailer, authorities said.
