The recall affects certain brands of frozen shrimp products, including those sold under the Great American Seafood Import Co. label in Hawaiʻi, due to possible Cesium-137 contamination.

While Cesium-137 was detected in an imported shipment that did not enter U.S. commerce, the recall has been initiated for frozen shrimp originating from the same foreign seafood processor due to unsanitary conditions.
