ALBANY — A man and woman were injured Friday night after gunfire struck the vehicle they were in while traveling through Albany’s West Hill neighborhood, according to city police.
Police were notified by staff at Samaritan Hospital: Albany Memorial Campus around 11 p.m. of two 54-year-olds who came to the hospital with injuries that may have been caused by gunfire.
Upon arrival at the hospital, police found the man had a graze wound on the back of his head caused by a bullet and a gunshot wound on his lower leg, police said.
