GEORGETOWN TWP., MI — Students from all over West Michigan arrived in Jenison by the bus load, semi-trucks filled with equipment in tow.
Jenison High School hosted over 20 marching bands to display their craft and receive constructive feedback on the road to the state competition in November at Ford Field in Detroit.
Although it’s early in the season, these bands have put in hundreds of hours of rehearsal, building performances that explore everything from the fantastical to the historical in 100 yards or less…
