Edgewater is set to see another high-rise join its growing skyline.
Edge House Miami, a 56-story luxury tower from developer Grupo T&C and designed by architect Kobi Karp, has received the green light from Miami’s Urban Development Review Board. The approval moves the project one step closer to construction at 1825 NE 4th Avenue, in one of the city’s most in-demand neighborhoods.
The building is planned as a home-sharing friendly development, with 608 turnkey residences ranging from compact studios to three-bedroom layouts. Each unit will come fully furnished by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, part of a strategy to appeal to both end users and investors…
