MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Alabama Board of Pharmacy is under scrutiny from state lawmakers after an oversight committee meeting that revealed several deficiencies. State auditors presented findings indicating non-compliance with the open meetings law when the board approved a $250,000 payout to former Executive Director Donna Yeatman.
