HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Government agencies along the Grand Strand are returning to normal operations as the threat of dangerous weather from tropical storm systems has lessened.
The National Hurricane Center said Tropical Depression Nine will continue out to sea before turning toward the coast at a distance far enough for the area to avoid any major impacts.
