TULSA, Okla. — The St. Jude Walk in downtown Tulsa raised record-breaking funds Saturday morning, marking the first time the annual event has surpassed half a million dollars in fundraising.
The walk, which brought together more than 130 teams and over 1,300 participants, exceeded its original goal as families and supporters united during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s mission of finding cures and saving children.
