Vancouver is raising the bar…after over thirty years of waving around a flag that looks like it was designed on Windows 95 ClipArt (see below):
Now, the City has narrowed down six finalists in its quest for a new banner worthy of flying at our City Hall.
The Vancouver Flag Committee sifted through 138 submissions to find designs that didn’t break every rule in Good Flag, Bad Flag. (Fun fact: a “bad flag” is one with text on it, which is exactly what our current flag has…)…
