A recent shooting incident has led to the arrest of Courtney Robertson, a 38-year-old convicted felon, by TITANS Unit detectives. The arrest took place on Gallatin Pike at Berkley Drive during a routine traffic stop, where Robertson was apprehended for his alleged role in a September 9 shooting at Hickory Hollow Place. The incident left a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the collarbone and a collapsed lung.
The violent episode unfolded when Robertson reportedly started firing at a group of individuals who were barring him from entering his girlfriend’s apartment, which included her teenage son. According to Nashville Metro Police, the wounded victim required immediate transport to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment. Robertson has since been slapped with multiple charges, including attempted criminal homicide, three counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, possession of a weapon by a felon, and employing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
During the arrest, detectives discovered and confiscated 116 grams of marijuana from Robertson as he was exiting the passenger seat of a Nissan Altima.
