El Paso residents voice concerns over $165 billion data center project

EL PASO, Texas – (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso residents gathered to express concerns about Project Jupiter, a $165 billion data center initiative proposed to be built near Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

Despite the project’s promise of over 750 full-time jobs and a $300 million investment in lieu of property taxes over 30 years, community members are worried about its environmental impact.
