LUBBOCK – The Brownwood Lady Lions and Lions cross country teams competed at the Lubbock ISD Invitational Saturday, which serves as the regional preview meet at Mae Simmons Park.
The Lady Lions placed fourth in Class 4A with 142 points, trailing only Canyon (30 points), Andrews (98 points) and Stephenville (100 points).
Rebekkah Delgado led the way for the Lady Lions in 18th place with a time of 13:25.2, followed by Lyndi Biasiolli (25th, 13:43.3), Ailean Palacios (28th, 13:58.1), Haylee Adkins (35th, 14:08.4), and Destiny Sharp (44th, 14:20.4)…
