BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified the pedestrian who was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Union Avenue two weeks ago.
Alvino Ray Arambulo, 48, was a pedestrian walking outside of a crosswalk north of the intersection of Bernard Street and Union Avenue in Bakersfield at 10:20 p.m. Sept. 15 when he was struck by a vehicle, according to officials.
