HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — The Democratic nominee for governor in Virginia, Abigail Spanberger, was in Hampton Sunday morning.
Spanberger was the keynote speaker for Hampton University’s 82nd Convocation Ceremony on Sept. 28. During the event, Spanberger addressed this year’s senior class by sharing her own life story, from growing up in Henrico to her time in the CIA, to now running for governor.
