RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Police are investigating a crash and burglary occurred at a West Broad Street vape shop on Saturday.
The crash happened at Griffin Vape Exotics on 1831 West Broad Street on Saturday, Sept. 27, after a suspect drove their vehicle into the vape shop, according to the Richmond Police Department.
