PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A vehicle crash caused delays at the Midtown Tunnel in Portsmouth Monday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all left lanes were closed at the Midtown Tunnel as a result of the crash. All lanes have since reopened.
