Wisconsin draws hunters of all kinds in the fall for deer, turkey, and waterfowl. This November, Busch Light is adding another draw to that list with one of its biggest fan events: a massive gathering in Appleton of people named Hunter — and those willing to change their name to Hunter.
The Hunter-gathering party revolves around the brand’s 19th annual limited-edition Hunting Cans. Those already named Hunter are in luck, but the buck doesn’t stop there. It’s also giving one fan the chance to legally change their name to “Hunter,” and Busch Light is covering the paperwork and the beer for people looking to bag more 12-packs than 12-point deer. Deer season, meet beer season, even if that means packing name tags not deer tags.
The Appleton event will have Busch Light Hunting Cans, of course, along with hunting games, merch drops, and an appearance from the Busch Guy himself. The exact venue is yet to be announced, but fans 21 and older can secure a spot between September 29 and October 27…
