ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police shot and killed a man they saw beating a woman’s head with a hammer at an apartment complex in southwest Albuquerque.
It started with a domestic disturbance call Monday at around 3:07 a.m. Two officers tried negotiating with two people inside of an apartment at 10001 Ceja Vista Rd. S.W. After about 30 minutes, officers tried to force their way in when they heard a woman was “under attack.”
While officers couldn’t get in, they said they saw a man hitting a woman in the head. That is when officers shot and killed the man…
