Washington State Suspends Health Care Credentials in Benton, Pierce Counties

The Washington State Department of Health has revoked or suspended the credentials of several health care providers for professional misconduct. This action affects individuals in over 80 health care professions and prevents them from practicing, according to the Washington State Department of Health.

In Benton County, Arielle Green’s registered nursing assistant credential was suspended after she was found to have mentally abused a vulnerable adult in February 2025. She was placed on the long-term care abuse and neglect registry in April 2024, which prevents her from working with or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults. In Pierce County, Emily Maria Cook agreed to an indefinite suspension of her certified nursing assistant credential after financially exploiting a vulnerable adult in May 2025.
