TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Safe Alert has been issued for a missing Tucson man.
The Tucson Police Department says 79-year-old Arthur Manzano was last seen in the area of 5500 block of East Lee Street, Sunday, September 28, around 2:15 p.m.
