The Clarksville Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) is considering implementing citywide digital sign regulations in Clarksville and has scheduled a November workshop on the proposed new rules.
The sign, or electronic message center, ordinance under consideration will first be approved by the RPC before it moves forward to the Clarksville City Council.
