WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) – Police, with help from several westside suburbs, were able to arrest two of three suspects who took off from officers when they stopped to talk with them after they were spotted walking dressed in all black, wearing gloves and masks concealing their faces very early Saturday morning.
Police said they spotted the males walking around in the 27000 block of Hilliard Boulevard around 345 a.m.
