LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville man will spend the next nine years in federal prison after pleading guilty for conspiring to distribute controlled substances.
According U.S. Attorney’s Office – Western District of Kentucky, 30-year-old Christopher Payne pleaded guilty in June for conspiring to distribute more than 50 grams of meth and 40 grams of fentanyl between April 3, 2024, and July 9, 2024.
Payne received his sentence on Sept. 22 and there is no parole in the federal system…
