Stone County, Mo., man sentenced for violating Missouri’s Valentine’s Law

STONE COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) -A Stone County man has been sentenced for violating Missouri’s Valentine’s Law.

Toney Kyger will spend four years in prison for aggravated fleeing a stop, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest.

Investigators say a deputy tried to stop Kyger on the morning of Sept. 29, 2024, because his taillights were off. Kyger sped off, leading the deputy on a chase through Crane. The pursuit went through backyards and eventually through the back porch of a home…
