RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 20-year-old Chesterfield man has been sentenced in connection with a reported shooting near Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) campus in April.
On Monday, Sept. 30, 20-year-old Carl Skinner-Torres was sentenced to six years with four years suspended for the charges of possessing a gun as a nonviolent felon and brandishing a firearm.
