TOLEDO, Ohio — A man was found not guilty by reason of insanity in the stabbing of two people inside a home in east Toledo in June received a court order Tuesday for the crime.
According to court records, 47-year-old Thomas Wilson was referred to the Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center on Sept. 16 for an evaluation to determine if he was subject to being hospitalized or institutionalized.
