IOWA CITY, Iowa — The sights, sounds, and flavors of Africa will take center stage in downtown Iowa City next weekend.
The City of Iowa City is sponsoring the African Festival of Arts and Culture, set for Saturday, Oct. 4, from noon to 9 p.m. in the Pedestrian Mall.
