Lincoln residents will have a chance to sip and share with LPD officers Wednesday morning during four National ‘Coffee With a Cop’ events. Captain Max Hubka will be one of the officers people may see and says he looks forward to hearing from citizens.
“I really enjoy having those positive interactions. People like to see you come up and talk to them, which isn’t always the case,” Hubka says. “I think they get something out of it, we definitely get something out of it and it’s always an enjoyable event for us to participate in.”
Hubka encourages residents to bring their questions questions, comments and concerns. All four of LPD’s geographic teams will host an event and residents can meet the team captain and officers who respond to calls for service in their neighborhood…
