Madison man arrested in Lodi for drug possession after high-speed chase

LODI, Wis. — A 27-year-old Madison man was arrested in Lodi for allegedly being in possession of THC and cocaine, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office said.

A sheriff’s deputy was on patrol in Lodi when he observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. When the deputy attempted to catch up with the vehicle, it drove into a private residence’s yard and then came directly in front of the sheriff’s squad car, prompting a high-speed chase.
