Those in need of a morning bagel in Salem will have a new go-to option very soon.
Northwest Bagels operates out of a private bakery in the city, and is soon to open a location at 190 High Street SE, according to a report from The Statesman Journal. The new shop will serve NY-style bagels with locally sourced ingredients. When contacted, co-owner Corey Davis told What Now Portland he is hoping to open sometime in October.
The shop has been teasing their new Salem location on social media with advertising their sea salt, plain and sesame bagel flavors.
