SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WNYT) – A tractor trailer hit a pickup truck in Saratoga Springs Tuesday morning, according to police.
The Saratoga Springs Police Department Facebook post said the pickup was stopped on the shoulder of Route 9 South near East West Road due to mechanical issues just after 6:30 a.m., when the southbound tractor-trailer struck it.
