SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A lawsuit was filed Tuesday against the City of Spartanburg and city council over the removal of the downtown clock tower.
In a 4-2 vote, Spartanburg City Council chose to tear down and move the clock tower during a meeting on September 22.
