Man sentenced to life in prison for ‘cold-blooded’ murder, Douglas County DA says

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for a “cold-blooded and senseless” murder in 2023, according to the Douglas County district attorney.

The district attorney said that on April 24, 2024, 26-year-old Tymarion Bivins went to the home of his girlfriend’s mother. He was there to pick up a relative’s child from Don Bondieumaitre, 44, who was watching the child.

Bivins and Bondieumaitre got into an argument and Bondieumaitre shot Bivins in the back of the head. He died a few minutes later…
