RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A person was shot in Richmond’s East End on Tuesday.
Just after 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 1500 block of Coalter Street for report of a shooting.
When they arrived, they found a person who had been shot.
