PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — In a surprising turn during a routine narcotics investigation, officers in Palm Beach Gardens arrested Richard Picariello, a man once listed as #343 on the FBI’s Most Wanted List for his involvement in domestic terrorism during the 1970s.
Picariello — now in his seventies — was identified during a multi-suspect drug operation at the Inn of America motel on Northlake Boulevard. The investigation began with surveillance of suspected narcotics activity involving several individuals and culminated in a search warrant executed on room 204 of the motel, according to a probable cause affidavit from the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department (PBGPD)…
